Hi, I’m a nature-loving mom on a mission to visit every U.S. National Park with my son. What started as a safe way to travel during Covid has turned into our biggest adventure yet. We’re car campers, small-hike takers, wildflower chasers, and passionate about finding affordable ways to explore the wild beauty of this country. Hello and welcome! I’m a single mom and lifelong lover of the outdoors, and this blog is our story of exploring America’s National Parks one unforgettable adventure at a time.

Our journey began during Covid, when travel felt uncertain and the National Parks were one of the few open and safe spaces. Since then, my son and I have visited 19 parks together! We fell in love with quiet trails, tent camping, waterfalls, wildflowers, strange rocks, and surprise animal encounters.

We’re not expert hikers or hardcore backpackers; we’re car campers, science nerds, and photography lovers. Our trips are built on budget-friendly ideas, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for the land.

This blog is for everyday families, especially those (like us!) who are finding joy, resilience, and wonder in the outdoors. We’ve taken a short break from park travel, but we’re heading back out soon, and we’re bringing you along for the ride!
